I don't know if you know Chris Van Allsburg's The Mysteries of Harris Burdick, but that is a book with Twilight Zone type pictures (e.g. a house taking off like a rocket ship) and captions to go along with them. In 2011, the publisher released a new edition where authors wrote stories for it.

Margaret Qualley basically drawn as Jane Lane from Daria twice. She has sort of a bob hairstyle in both drawings.
I also drew her twice as a Daria character.
Picture of Margaret Qualley sitting in front of a city backdrop with bars in the background. She has curly hair and is wearing a black top. The video title is the Late Night with Seth Meyers video "Margaret Qualley Promoted Drive-Away Dolls at a Vibrator Museum."

A drawing of Margaret Qualley that began with the mouth and emphasizes the mouth.
For this week's drawings, I drew Margaret Qualley. I probably first saw her in The Nice Guys or Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood, but have probably seen her most recently in Blue Moon.
I found out about this song because a friend listed it as his religion on Facebook. www.youtube.com/watch?v=LYY9...
It's this one here. The part I'm thinking of starts at about 4:45. www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlaQ...
It sort of reminds me of the Honest Trailer commentary for The Conjuring. Joe Starr says that he wants to see the Lethal Weapon version of The Conjuring with Patrick Wilson as a rogue cop exorcist and the pope as his commissioner. Spencer Gilbert jokes, "turn in your beads and your crucifix!"

Don Knotts drawn as a Simpsons character twice.
Since Knotts has already been represented on The Simpsons, I decided to draw him as a Simpsons character. I drew him twice because I wasn't a fan of my first drawing.

For this week's drawings, I decided to draw Don Knotts. I knew Knotts mostly from him being parodied in cartoons before I heard Larry Karaszewski talk about his film career on Trailers From Hell.
Hate to be hat in hand, but today I found myself facing a HUGE, unexpected homeownership expense: a $10,000 plumbing bill.
It's a huge financial blow during an already vulnerable time, and I'd be so appreciative of your help. I've started my 1st ever GoFundMe here: www.gofundme.com/f/help-us-re...
There's an episode of This Podcast is Making Me Thirsty where Larry Charles compares Curb Your Enthusiasm to W.C. Fields (it's about 44:15 in this video) and describes how that sort of honest approach connects with audiences. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zd1r...

A drawing of George Clooney based on Batman: The Animated Series.
Since he played Batman, I decided to draw him as a revised version of Bruce Wayne from Batman: The Animated Series.

Come on, this is not that hard. Valerie Perrine earned her Best Actress nomination--and she did earn it--for her vulnerable, touching performance in Bob Fosse's 1974 film Lenny. She was a fun, spirited presence in many subsequent movies made by an industry that didn't know what to do with her. RIP.

Linda Cardellini drawn as a Simpsons character twice.
I also drew her as a Simpsons character twice because I wasn't happy with my first attempt.
