As she slides her meal's head into her throat, it bulges out her neck's scales and forces her to struggle forwards with big gulps!

Only the tail of her meal is left outside her maw as she works to gulp down that throat bulge. As she does so, she gives an eager grope and squeeze over the bulge of her own neck, helping it down

Mmmm, delicious dragons... the chubby ones fatten me up the best! It's a ton of trouble to get them down, but they slide so easily down my greedy gullet~
