So what?
Fair points- limbic selectivity for mood psychoses mapping onto therapeutic agents, and transdiagnostic approaches for positive symptoms?
I will take that, though happy for critique!

DA lowers in ppl w psychosis and MDE than ppl w mania (esp Mesolimbic system)
DA correlated w positive sx, across diagnoses (esp associative striatum)
Take home?
Symptoms track biology as opposed to diagnoses, though differences still exist across disorders.

We used PET to examine dopamine synthesis in ppl w psychosis and mood disorders.
2 questions:
i) Is DA reduced in ppl w psychosis+ major depressive episode?

ii) Is there a relationship between DA and positive psychotic sx (delusions and hallucinations) across affective psychoses?
