Woke up at 6am! Had basketball practice at 8am, followed by an 8th grade basketball camp! From there, got on the highway to KC! Lord knows I'm tired but I wouldn't miss this Daddy-Daughter Dance! My daughter looks forward to this dance every year!

Appreciate it bro!

As a coach, it's my job to prepare these Young Men for the next level.... with that being said, I have 4 Freshman playing JV basketball and 2 playing Varsity!

It starts with the head! One thing I'm going to do is give these Young Men The knowledge they need to be successful!

Got the win tonight in a very hostel environment! The atmosphere was crazy! But I'm definitely ready for that move to JV next year!

Another team bonding event! Brought the boys down to the SLU game to watch some college basketball!

Played a decent first half (nothing to rave about). A very sloppy second half! However, still pulled out the win! I hate when these kids play down to their level of competition.... well, we back at it on Wednesday at home, 5:30pm! Pink Out Game! Raising awareness for Breast Cancer!

Sitting here watching this game between Ritnour and McCluer! This is easily some of the absolute worst basketball I've seen all season! This shit is sad!

I always check my coaching mistakes first! And I let them down in that situation!.... you live and you learn!

Been playing that game back in my mind all weekend.... when we got within 3pts of Pattonville, I should have called a timeout to settle the boys down! They were so hype but failed to get back on defense! Also, fatigue had definitely set in by that point! A timeout was definitely needed at that time!

It's Monday! Blessed to see another day! Let's make it great!

We had ours at the beginning of the season.... come to think about it, that Tournament had the same format.... the Vianney Tournament we won was spread out over 3 days

I'm not too sure about that either! Lol.... never had one when I was in school 🤷🏾‍♂️

I wondered the same thing. Every other Tournament we've played in, we played one game per day.... and there's no such thing as Suburban North anymore! Lol! This whole district thing is crazy now
