i miss u mighty taco 😔
More deep space trips more often please. This is like when the Olympics are over. I crave more humanity at its best. Not whatever you’d call every day for the past decade.
bawling my face off
THEY DID IT. splashdown was 40 seconds different. PRECISE AS HELL
unbelievable. what i wouldn’t give to be there
literally jumping for joy holy shit
SPLASHDOWN CONFIRMED!!!!!!!!!

integrity back on comms!!!! #artemis
gaaaah i love everything about this mission and this crew (both in the sky and on the ground) so, so much 🥰
a crescent earth visible from the window of the orion spacecraft with victor glover just below the window
“we look like we’re smiling at you! like a cheshire cat.”
“we look great together!” #artemis
I need people to know that the photos of colourful moon are not from Artemis II. They were made by a Ukrainian photographer, who enhanced the colours of the moon's surface to represent its mineral composition.
I can't stand to see an individual work be misattributed and misrepresented like this.
when it comes to planets, i would say that the earth is right up there
STILL??? christ
the only thing that has worked for me in the last like 15 years is, i swear, to drink something upside down without spilling it. gone. every time. do i understand it? not at all
here's the thing: we can go all around the moon (positive, no complaints) but when it comes to getting rid of hiccups how come it's all 1326 witch stuff
lying in bed, trying to sleep
smiling
thinking of the term “moon joy” like a FUCKIN NERD
The reaction of Dr Kelsey Young at the Science Desk was one of the best things in the feed but I'd also like to acknowledge the dude in the lower left corner of the control room view doing his own little dance of joy during Jeremy Hansen's discussion of his corona observations. #Artemis
man i was so ready for the event and then i heard that garbage voice
“i’m still here!!” but no one wants to talk to you
they are 250,000 miles away from you and look like they are in physical pain having to talk to you
This is the face of a lunar scientist who has just been told that the #Artemis II crew saw SEVERAL impact flashes (the flashes when meteors hit the lunar surface) in real time 😃 🌓💥
What this also means:
We should be grateful for our atmosphere
👀
love you forever
a big fluffy white and orange cat sitting in some weird position i don’t think i can describe? typical orange behavior
a white and orange fluffy cat sitting on a purple blanket. he is wearing a bow tie and has a tiny pink nose. he is gigantic but was also only 6 months old in this photo???
please enjoy the duality of sam 💜
on earth? nothing but pain
i think i could get into a comfortable drawing position if i were in zero gravity
