Trying to decide your table layout really is the hardest thing. 40 minutes spent trying to move them into a formation that I'm happy with and I still don't like how they are. 🤣

I absolutely love this! I definitely started as a 'nice leader'. It's tough in schools to make the transition from class teacher to leadership, especially when you've been there for a while. This is a really clear way of looking at it!

This year, my school are starting Ready, Steady Write from #LiteracyCounts. After completing the leadership and individual year group training, I'm really excited to start. I'd love to follow other people who use this in schools too!

This summer, I've really got back into reading. My sister gave me this to try and it isn't my usually preferred thriller style but I really enjoyed it! #teacherreading #romanceread
