"Gold bars"
It’s critical to note that this clip should be taken as evidence that Trump is (obviously) taking cuts of the funds being used to build his new white house ballroom, the arc, etc
Voters really don't like partisan gerrymandering, even R voters. They voted to ban it in FL and OH.
The difference is that Ds have been giving voters a choice. But voters don't like doing it themselves. They're more comfortable letting their legislatures and courts do it for them illegally.
"I always knew Trump is secretly a Jew."
And R voters don't like gerrymandering, either. See FL, OH referendums. They just let their politicians break the law.
VA is less D than TX is R.
Good job, everyone, for staying the CIT judgment for a year.
Does Tim Apple realize that John Apple will have a lot of incentives to cooperate with investigators and blame everything on Tim Apple?
It will be important to prosecute Tim Cook for bribery, and it's achievable. Juries don't like gold bars.
Do they call it Fenêtres in France?
On Earth 2, another upside surprise quarter of over 3% GDP growth as inflation settles at 2%. Corporate earnings hit new records but the S&P500 can't break 6,000. President Harris's approval is 42%.
Everyone working there knows exactly how not to leave a written record if they don't want one, but then they don't get the satisfaction of writing, "Per my prior email, Anthony."
The other way the court could avoid having memos leaked would be to meet and discuss cases rather than writing memos at all, but of course that wouldn't be pedantic and bitchy enough.
But even if he wants to chicken out, he can't credibly do so, because tomorrow he could decide to murder the leadership in a sneak attack again.
Complete lack of credibility makes diplomacy hard!
They can't unless they [redacted] a lot of people and retire the court.
The good news and bad news is that if the judges do the total repeal of the Voting Rights Act, no Democrat will ever be elected in the Deep South again, and Democrats will have to gerrymander everything they possibly can to keep up.
Maybe a different space program.
Bottom quartile as of what we knew in November 2024. Obviously I can imagine a lot worse from here.
It wasn't even in Project 2025. It's pure Musk racial annihilation.
There are lower probability scenarios for global thermonuclear war, etc. But what they're doing with USAID and Iran is bottom 25%.
It's probably top quartile for (un)successful consolidation. It's not near that for corruption and elite collaboration. It's near bottom for global body count.
Top quartile for what or whom?
People on this site will say anything, like English words had jotas. No they didn't. That isn't true.
Look like rhumb lines
Like cardinal electors?
I think it would require a very D environment and a racist white independent spoiler as a vote sink.
