today i learned that a city in kazakhstan where we go every summer to visit relatives and eat a lot of fruits, is extremely polluted with lead and other heavy metals, and technically no soil in this (extremely dusty) region is safe. fun! i will continue eating super leaded fruits though

i find it very interesting that in my head i could be absolutely fine, but my body always carries that tension. i hate it actually.

my headaches were so frequent that i thought i was developing a tumour of some sort. apparently, my normal reactions that i had since i was a kid were anxiety all along, and i just thought everyone lives like that! now it is one thousand times worse though

from the last 10 days, my head was hurting 3 days. my neurologist said my anxiety is so bad, my head might as well blow up. currently working on raising the dosage of my pills because it is quite bad and won't change in the near future eugh

im doing something, and none of you know what it is......... hehehe........

hell naw, as much as i love working with constraints in art, my imaginary working city will actually uninvent misogyny. because it is everywhere even if the authors say it's not, and it is frankly extremely boring. either remove it or admit it COWARD
