We commemorated World Health Day, welcomed new members and took our Mobile Advice Centre to different areas of north London.
Ovens can be quite expensive to run. Plenty of meals are cheaper to make using a microwave or an air fryer. They use less electricity because they are smaller appliances, cook the food faster and don’t need to preheat.
