A creepy yet chubby beastly creature with a large long head and teeth where the top jaw sort of resembles a human face smiling

It's meant to be this creature, called "a mother's monster" but I am experimenting with adding a tail to her, for lore reasons really, too few characters to explain rn, but I enjoy how it's looking with this animation, although the back legs gave me a lot of trouble

Not my best animation but I finally completed my original goal of attempting to animate a creature run cycle, and I made this of an old beast design of mine^^ not my best work, as these last few days have been a tad hard on me, so I haven't had a lot of time to draw, but I hope you enjoy

How could anyone be mean in regards to this? This is just GORGEOUS!! Like seriously! The pose, the expression, the lighting, *everything* about the rendering, it's so good!!! You even made it 3D for crying out loud!! YOU. ARE. AMAZING.

I'm attempting to make a full rendered drawing instead of a bunch of aimless doodles currently, all for the sake of training myself to finish my projects since I'm admittedly pretty bad at that^^' but so far so well, I'm also using this to take a break from animating while not stopping art overall^^

But what if WE put the pigtails in, and they're all messed up because it was done by tiny blockhead hands? That might fit the persona a bit better, like, the messed up hair plus maybe a doodled on mustache and stickers, and a touch of silliness for our grumpy-but-cant-say-no-to-that-face dad😁👍👍

I know I'm not good at doing things on command, but this project is a way to prove to myself that I can indeed finish something, so far I've gotten off track but I am keeping the end goal in mind, and so if I should ever get a commission from him, I'll be ready! I hope I can make him smile a bit

I am currently working on updating my porcelain dragon project (not commissioned, just fan project), as when I first made the original sketch thingy, but now 7 months later, I'm finally proceeding These are the details I'm thinking of so far for future refs^^ I also need some sleep now, it's 8am^^''

I forgot to mention the other bow, I changed it because I was debating the color choice but ended up going with a much lighter red like the little flower, but my initial thought was that if the pipe cleaners were a darker shade than the bandage wraps, then maybe the bow needed to be adjusted too?^^'

To explain how I went from 2d animation to pipe cleaners: I am an extremely visual person and I have a hard time properly imagining stuff, so when I get stuck, I switch from mental images to physical ones, I was planning on making a little pipe cleaner dragon reference but I got so distracted lmao

Is... It normal/okay to add more info/rants in the comments section? I do that a lot but I haven't seen anyone else do it.. I may be a tad weird, huh? I like to info dump and am 100% a paragraph person, I do apologize if this is too much tho^^"
