i've been binging so much more lately and i feel so guilty about it im so grossssss

i have to go to the doctor today and they're gonna weigh me and see that i've lost even more and what if they notice and make me stop

woke up not feeling nauseous anymore and immediately ate too much. sigh. as soon as my stomach feels normal i cant control myself
