starting out strong with something from my hometown - the spice bag!
chinese dubliners created this fusion dish, bringing some welcome excitement to the irish staple of ‘chicken and chips’, and it’s such a phenomenon that i even hear londoners talking about it now :) i love it heavy on lao gan ma
as a londoner, i am endlessly enriched by the multicultural city i live in. i gain and learn so much from the wonderful, diverse community around me
i’m going to start posting here whenever i feel sad about the discourse by sharing something beautiful multiculturalism has brought into the world 🧵

a photograph of the front of the top floor deck of a bus
a photo of a road with red brick buildings and cars and buses

a view of the corridor of a train station with rounded walls. there is one person walking in the foreground with their back facing the camera, and a few other people much further along
two people standing in front of an underground train, which is heavily blurred by its motion
these shots from finsbury park station are two of my favourite recent photos. the iconic green hue of fuji 200 make it feel so futuristic

west london, last december on harman phoenix 200. a finicky, unpredictable film stock that rewards with high grain and dreamlike reds and pinks
