Poor, poor start to the week.

Had ofsted this week.
Strange experience this time but fair result.
Think the school should be allowed to close for proceeding two days. Am sooo tired!!!

So...no more higher needs block funding...we are just setting these children up to fail, we are putting extra stress on adults trying to support...this system really is truly broken.

Day in the life of SLT: back gate duty, remove poo from gate.
Morning register walk. Check out new forest school area. Learning walk. Photo 4 website. Lunch duty. Race 6 yr olds. In hall to man 'slops' table. Find wasps nest in the hall roof. Two meetings interrupted by urgent unurgent messages.

One of my favourite books. Really enjoyed it and also game changer for me.

Taking a moment to enjoy the now and how far I've come. When I was in primary school as a child I remember looking through travel magazines dreaming of going to such destinations. Today I am in Egypt giving my family a holiday I could only dream of as a child. Feeling blessed.
