My new favorite high school pitching prospect, Joseph Contreras, loaded the bases, but threw 97 past Aaron Judge before breaking his bat and coaxing a double play to end the inning. He's heading to Vanderbilt next year... I'm also good with the #MNTwins drafting him in the 1st round.

Braves assistant hitting coach is Darnell Coles. In a July 1994 game against the #MNTwins, he hit a HR off of Pat Mahomes and 2 HR against Larry Casian. In the game, Paul Molitor was 4-5 w/a grand slam. Mahomes gave up 4 runs in 6 IP. Dave Stevens/Casian gave up 10 R in 2.1 IP.
