Reid Stock and Lynn Decisive are playing a game of marbles inside the Gag N' Go during a rainy day. Lynn is focusing on the next throw, while Reid looks pensively out the window towards the rainy sky. Lynn Decisive asks Reid Stock: "Say, Stock. Why is it you only ever sell 6 marbles at a time? Wouldn't Toons want the full set?" Reid Stock responds: "Well, I suppose it's cuz it's more cost-effective?"

Reid Stock thinks about the practical usage of marbles on cogs. Specifically, a Downsizer tripping backwards on 6 marbles. Reid claims that "Toons buy my Gags to use on Cogs, and if 6 marbles does the job, no need to sell a full bag." Reid then says: "Leaves me more in case the strays go rollin' out a' sight in here."

Reid Stock looks slightly confused as her thought is interrupted by Lynn Decisive laughing softly from off-panel: "Heeheehee..."

Lynn Decisive leans in towards Reid Stock. Lynn suggests that "Sometimes it's fun to stoop to my level, isn't it, Stock?" Reid Stock is taken aback, blushing from being accurately accused. However, Reid Stock denies the accusation by saying: "Hey now! I ain't no scam artist! It's good business!".

An important part of being a Gag Merchant is knowing when not to lose all your marbles (but 6 is good enough!).
