Would love some links/recommendations for cool/interesting/non-depressing non-fiction. Feeling like I can’t escape the doom onslaught.

Recently listened to the audiobook version of An Immense World, by @edyong209.bsky.social. Would very very highly recommend :)
(Yes I realize autism shows up in a lot of different ways in a lot of people. This is not intended to be a particularly serious or nuanced post)
Didn’t realize all I needed was tylenol to have
- a more direct communication style
- uncontainable excitement and focus for cool special interests
- maybe even a strong sense of justice and the conviction to align my actions with my morals without question
Gonna load up ;)
I really like “anxious people,” by Frederik Bachman. A friend recommended it to me when I was feeling shitty and lonely and it felt good (though it does not start off feeling good at all)
