Fraser Valley floods floods were studied in the federal National Risk Profile project (not from Nooksack). Impacts to national food security via agriculture are predictable. Keep asking the questions!☺️

Now that I have deactivated and deleted X, what other social feeds and apps are associated with Drumpf, Space Karen, and Silicon Valleybilly?

Google isn’t “official” so I’d suggest rather that they have either jumped onto the bandwagon of a political pop culture narrative or caved to political pressures. Weaksauce.

BCs new (2023) Emergency & Disaster Management Act, aims to see “build back better” but how in rural areas where there are no zoning bylaws or building enforcement?

Many Canadian EMs use FEMA IS courses & wouldn’t be able to achieve a CEM if access to these end. This is due to the Amercentric qualifying exam contents. We don’t have a NIMS equivalent and no two programs across Canada teach the same foundation. We don’t have a national EM approach.

Thanks for tagging @danielaldrich.bsky.social. I was listening to him speak about social capacity on a podcast the other day and his words marry what I am to achieve in our area. It’s great to be among thought leaders.
