Zohran Mamdani on CBS — “Socialist politics can flourish anywhere, because there is only one majority in this country, and that is the working class. It’s time we have a politics that puts them at the heart of what we’re doing, not in the appendix.”
America’s Mayor can’t miss.

Secret memos by Supreme Court justices, obtained by The New York Times, reveal the origins of how the court moved away from careful, time-tested procedures and toward “shadow docket” rulings on presidential power. Here are key excerpts from the memos.
Kash, wasted, to the cop that pulled him over:

Why do the Japanese like their buns askew (2026)
If the platforms tell you they can't do anything about this, or "it doesn't scale," they're lying. Ask them to show their work--clearly publish what EXACTLY they've done to try to fix it and why it didn't work.
The core attributes of these posts - that the same people seemingly post too often, and that many people post exactly the same message from seemingly unrelated accounts, and they are all liked and shared by the same groups of bots - make them extremely easy to detect at scale.
This will get MUCH worse before it gets better (if it ever does).
The people who benefit most from this are the ones we require to stop it. Both from the government and the platform side.
This is a big one. Stellar reporting from Sarah Fitzpatrick. To call it a must-read is an understatement: www.theatlantic.com/politics/202...
A tweet from Representative Thomas Massie that reads: I just viewed 2 Top Secret FISA docs. 1) FISA Court opinion that raises serious concerns about FBI implementation of FISA 702. 2) letter by Senator Wyden describing a secret government interpretation of FISA law. The Constitution requires I vote No on FISA 702 reauthorization.
I sent a classified letter to House and Senate colleagues about a secret interpretation of surveillance law that every American should be concerned about.
Representative Massie is right. The Constitution requires EVERY member to vote against a clean reauthorization.
Our princess Charlotte is 10, more than twice as old as the Confederacy. And unlike those slaver-traitors, is a very good girl.
Here's the article which includes the actual interview in question. Yes, he absolutely said this and yes, it's in context.

Everyone: The Emperor has no clothes!
Trump: I heard “Emperor”
Imagine making your entire political career about a lust for oil money, constantly talking about oil and gas prices, seizing tankers of oil, etc. and not knowing the difference between sweet and sour crude.
Just completely incurious about the most basic things.
I couldn't MAKE a parody image more on-the-nose than this.
It's got EVERYTHING. Bald eagles, fighter jets, the statue of liberty, the flag, buncha white people, a praying woman, military...angels?, a fuckin' NURSE.
Seriously, this is amazing. This much jingoism and sacrilege in a single image!
Imagine writing an entire book about your conversion to Catholicism and being so bad at it that the actual pope literally roasts you several times.
THAT'S what a loser he is.
I mean, when the press talks to him or anyone else in the admin it's clear there's no actual victory condition or plan here. It's just "we're going to keep doing war crimes with no oversight or repercussions until Iran gives in and gives us all their oil & gas and maybe buys Tump a golden jet."
“'I’ve never experienced anything like this in my entire life,' the congresswoman said, fighting back tears.
"She described the way people were laying down inside as “like sardines.”
“'It is frightening in there,' she said. 'It is disgusting'..."

The first city, yes, but doesn't California have this?
(I should note that it's absolutely not enforced for shit, but that's another story.)
Effective 2025 federal tax rates paid by these corporations:
Alphabet: 8.01%
AT&T: 4.6%
Meta: 3.57%
General Motors: 3.09%
Amazon: 1.37%
Exxon Mobil: 1.31%
Disney: -1.57%
CVS Health: -3.88%
Income tax rate paid by the typical American: 14.5%
This is what a rigged system looks like.
When your Alphabet Soup makes the word "cat" on your spoon, it does not suddenly have an understanding of what a cat is.
And we made a machine that, at scale, puts words on spoons every single time you pick it up. That might appear to be intelligence, but it still doesn't know what *reality is.*
I cannot stress enough that LLMs do not "know" things. They don't know the meanings of words or phrases. They don't have a concept of objects or reality.
They ingest massive amounts of text and form many-dimensional vector relationships between word parts.
If you havent seen this, make sure you read.
I challenged Tiger Woods to a drunk driving contest 44 days ago, and I still haven't heard a thing from him...
A corollary to this:
If someone holds a leadership position but isn't calling for impeachment and removal, they should be replaced. Leadership positions are for those who know how to lead.
