Finally got it sort of dialed in and in the correct pressure range!

The crema isn’t impressive because it’s light roast (and 15g basket) getting some dark roast soon… yes!

I know it shows it's unaligned on the picture but I DID align it before, it unaligns itself if I put lightly roasted beans that are too hard in it (to prevent breaking itself I assume?)

Still dialing it in but finally was able to hit over extraction!
So the machine IS fine (at least the brew unit) but it was entirely held back by the weak grinder that just doesn't have enough torque for lightly roasted beans and produces big pieces that get stuck in the grinder!

Muh new grinder is here... Yes!

Many people had problem with grinder, why can't companies charge $100-200 more and include a proper one that grinds fine?

You CAN solve the static problem by using a METAL ring but Philips included a plastic one that doesn't work! (grounds still flying off!)

Basket looks 15g but recommends 18g BTW
