i've noticed it's somewhat of a trend to sell shirts/dresses with the same shirt/dress on top of it but tiny. i have now seen it from like three different brands. the first time it was kind of novel and funny but at this point i'm just like ??? how are there so many of you

obviously this isn't how we wanted all this to go! size exchanges, sizing advice, and customization have all been important to me since we started this brand and if i had access to get you exchanges in your items i'd definitely be offering them!

this does mean individual folks are going to have to make the call on whether they'd rather keep the piece (since it might be the last chance to have one) or send it back depending on how serious the issue is to them, but we don't have any other options or guidance to offer. 😟

so i've been offering folks who have asked for an exchange just a return ever since the cut off date (which we were doing before as well but is now our only option, though you could choose to get a cash refund or store credit if you like) after returning the clothes back to us.

i'm sorry for assuming that this was a given, but we're unable to give people size exchanges on their MTO items unless we happen to have one in stock, aaaand people are snapping up stuff from our RTS section right now since it's all the last chance to get it... 🧵

genuinely in the saddest mood ever after having to do all that. ready to ship listings + stickers are still up, and we'll have more stuff to add to the RTS section (which will now just be the whole site lol)

i have some more reconfiguring to do to the website to make it more navigable...tomorrow.

based on some of the emails i've been sending to folks tonight giving them a last chance about pieces they're asking about, i'm saying 6pm tomorrow is when a lot of made to order listings will start getting shut off.

we'll still have the RTS section until stock sells out, and we've got a lot of stuff to have a lucky bag sale so that will likely happen in the not too distant future as well. and like i said up thread: you can still order for the next few days, but that will be it.

i've had plans to move into using more screenprinting and embroidery in my work, as well as using more deadstock + thrifted pieces, and this jump starts those moves further. so i'll be taking time to work on developing that and probably moving to a "drops" based model + small stocked runs.

this doesn't mean we're shutting down/quitting, but it does mean a lot of our offering has to be taken down and we need to rethink how we source our products and our business model. ready to ship stuff will stay up, p much everything MTO will be gone before the end of this week.
