Idk but I just booked my first (5-6ish) appointment for therapy and had to go for a work leave because of how exhausted I am, my body and soul are like this pic

I know it’s hard to believe, but it would be insane if you didn’t feel that way. If you can afford it, I’d recommend going at least for a short term therapy so you’d feel a bit better, qualified people can help us make a huge difference in thinking pathways.
