As ORCID Consortium Lead for Australia, the AAF welcomes the announcement of the Australian Research Council’s (ARC) PID Action Plan.
ARC's PID Action Plan will increase the use of priority persistent identifiers, including ORCID iDs throughout ARC systems.
TERN was one of the earliest national infrastructure service providers to integrate with AAF, offering seamless access to their valuable services.

AAF's Solutions Architect, Anurag Katariya, co-presented with TERN, providing an overview of the Federation and current work underway with national research infrastructure partners to enable a seamless and secure research ecosystem for researchers.
The Symposium offered valuable insight into how @tern-aus.bsky.social's infrastructure is being leveraged to drive sustainable ecosystem management across Australia. TERN's connection to the Federation ensures Australian researchers can seamlessly access services and data they need.
