Reasons to be grateful. I never tire of the beautiful sunsets here. The sky is on fire tonight. I’m thankful for it.

I almost convinced myself it was me and that I was in the wrong.

My autistic spidey is switched on and I have a bad feeling about him. It’s a small village and I haven’t seen him around before. I hope I don’t see him again.

the shop I see him moving slowly down the pavement, occupying most of it. He’s still looking at his phone, oblivious to his children. He stops, moves…slowly. I almost decide to go another way in order to avoid him, but I don’t.

Instead I move up to a mounted edge of the pavement and rush past.

Granted it’s a narrow pavement, but he makes no effort to move even a little to the left, which would have made things easier. Eventually, I move out and on to the road to get past him. He sees me shake my head and says “I don’t know what you’re shaking your head for.”

And then later coming out of

Walking to the shop this morning and there’s a man in the middle of the pavement. He has a pushchair with a baby in it and a small child standing on the back of it.

He’s looking at his phone. He isn’t moving. He looks at me and then back to his phone, I say excuse me and he just gives me a look.

There’s actually “The Power of Positive Crochet Summit” it’s actually a thing, and I can’t imagine anything worse. 😳

On Thursday and Friday, it’s going up to 17° and there’ll be sunshine, my perfect temp. I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited about the weather. ☀️🌞🌤️⛅️☀️

But I will today, feeling low and I think I’m dehydrated and didn’t eat much yesterday despite my long walk.

Went to the shop and back. Ordered one or two things online (food), and I bought fruit at the shop.

Crushed blackberries into my coffee because: polyphenols. Something I’d seen on Instagram. 🙄

And yes I know coffee already has polyphenols but now I have more. 🤣

I don’t always bother with lunch
