We have apple showing people we can still make well built things on the cheap, Linux showing people they don’t have to put up with Microsoft, and Valve pushing the frontier for game devices and software.
There are some real positives that come from ram costing 1000 bucks
Look, I’m gonna be real, I’m not particularly thrilled that computer building has been effectively impossible for the past 5 years, but at least this is finally forcing big dev companies to look into optimization a bit more, and Linux is finally getting the spotlight it deserves
