Still not a fan of locally or remotely streaming games.. Is optical HDMI from the office to the living room the answer... (need to think about the other IO too, latency as well). 20M cable runs don't sound that bad..

That's ridiculous. What's even more ridiculous is I'm able to serve this traffic on $50 of infra.
