If it’s his dream than by all means good luck. I just can’t see from a business standpoint bringing in a guy with his coaching style and think that’s going to work with dudes that are older than the coach.

Love Dan, but I don’t think the way in which he coaches 18-21 year olds would translate well to a bunch of 25-35 year olds. That doesn’t mean in time this couldn’t change but I can’t imagine any NFL GM thinking a 2+ year head coach would be a good hire.
