Graft mechanisms in perennial plants are still largely unknown and complex to study as graft union formation and spring-induced dormancy release occur in parallel. Here, we tried to dissect responses from dormancy release, wounding, bud influence, homo- and hetero-grafting.

Hope this is a first step for increase plant quality and help grapevine nursery sector by using metabolomics. Happy to share our last article ! @UMREGFV @INRAE_NA_BDX @isvv_bordeaux @BdxMetabolome @univbordeaux Open access :

Many interesting posters in #PlantBio21! Here is a great exemple ! : Molecular characterization of grape cells in culture to carbon shortage: from metabolic responses to epigenetic regulations.

New technologies meet horticultural skills ? At @UMREGFV, for my PhD, I use 3D printing for the production of fake scions (or fake rootstocks) to better understand the mechanisms involved in grapevine during omega grafting. @isvv_bordeaux @INRAE_NA_BDX @univbordeaux
