I'm not a "stock market guy", but can someone explain to me how Elon's pay package doesn't simply incentivise him to make people THINK Tesla will make money in the future, rather than ACTUALLY make money in the present?
How can someone's pay be so much, and NOT be based on actually making money?

This morning I walked through a giant spider's web that had spanned the entire width of outside our front door porch. I did not react as cooly as Indiana Jones. Not even close.
Thought I'd pop over here seeing as the bird site has descended even further into a morality-free hell-scape with the Israel/Palestine conflict, and frankly, the change in tone is a bit jarring. This place feels very Twitter circa 2010 - it's lovely.
