This particular episode is what makes DS9 the best gateway into Star Trek because that is the ONLY Star Trek show that had direct connections to TNG, Voyager and TOS.

So if a new fan wanted to hop on board to Star Trek, DS9 has direct on ramps for the rest of the franchise.

There’s a 2000s era movie called CASHBACK about an art student who imagined he could stop time to develop his creativity.

The movie itself is meh, but that idea of stopping time is something I think every artist would want to see their idea all the way through without the constraints of the day.

This is so awful. Andy and everyone at Marvel Studios is amazing.

I feel partly* responsible for this because we attended a Hornets game in Charlotte earlier this year and they turned things around immediately after that to pass Miami in the standings.

From what I’ve observed on here, that seems accurate to me.

I use Captain Sisko’s leadership strategies daily. Deep Space Nine should be required viewing for anyone in leadership because it is perhaps the most honest of all the Star Trek series in regard to what it really takes to lead others.
