Unfinished. Initially I painted Margot (on the left) leaning into her friend, but later decided I didn’t like it. Though Jamie was unavailable, Margot returned to the studio, and I repainted her in the present pose. More animated and a more interesting design.

Another drawing, committed while teaching yesterday.

Drawing alongside my students last week.
Completely repainted this last night.

More time, better photo.
Self portrait painting
First painting in the new house. Messed around with this in front of the mirror for two hours last night and wasn’t crazy about it. Today I feel wobbly and am getting up only to eat, so that might explain the painting and my response to it.
