I've had issues when i update drivers, i'm on linux. But basically my OBS install would have plugins for a slightly different diver than my installed on, leaving me on cpu encoding, so I'd check your encoding is using the gpu

I like learning about easter eggs in games organically. Just found out that in MoP ToT, you can get a squirt gun toy by jumping on the puddles before Tortos a whole bunch of times. Moments like, where exploration and doing silly things being rewarded is why games are amazing!
