Now is that true for all people who have ADHD, no. But in my case yes. Just my two cents. 😊
I think the outline statement really depends on the person. If you were to say to me hey you don’t need an outline. I would say, I disagree with that. I have ADHD and I’ve recently discovered that it helps me sort out my ideas and make things more concrete.
