We don't use any bots and stuff, banning spammers as they come and go, but they are pretty few and far between. We keep an admin channel for the rules, which pretty much amounts to "don't be a dick to people"

It depends on expected numbers. A Discord I run has around 400-ish people in it, and has stepped up to manage itself. After a while, a community will have its own leaders and people willing to moderate/run things for you. That does take time, but generally it's a good lot with very few bad eggs.

Market value in a collector's market goes as high as people are willing to pay; a 'fair' price is entirely subjective. If someone is unwilling to pay, they can simply not buy it, too.

I think there's a difference in collecting to play, and collecting to park on a shelf, too. It mostly saves my wallet from damage, despite my idiot worm brain wanting to splurge on a Panasonic Q.
