COLOVAC can help people with high genetic risk, such as FAP, precancerous polyps, or those who have been treated to remission after a colon cancer diagnosis. We anticipate a Phase I clinical trial for COLOVAC to begin within 3 years. Prevention is within reach.

In a retrospective study, we found patients with HER2+ breast cancer had up to a 57% reduction in brain mets (vs. historical controls) when given a HER2-targeted cancer vaccine. Our next steps are a Phase II clinical trial.
