I have just seen my family doc and had 3 steroid shots in the area which will hopefully reduce some of the pain so I can do my physio regularly and hopefully get it stronger again. (2/2)

In a 24 hour period from 1pm yesterday till 1pm today, my right shoulder subluxed 11 times which I could put back myself and dislocated a further 6 times that required Bill’s assistance in relocating. I am very tired and sore. Stupid Ehlers Danlos. (1/2)
