I guess, but was responding to persons that were critiquing gov for sending troops. My response was that they were not but if they did it wouldn't be a bad idea either. As far as if we should or not is an operational decision to be made by person/s with access to more information than u and me.

It's been flat out denied, but even of we did would it not be wise to have Australian troops in the region ready to protect Australian Assets, interests and/or citizens if needed?

Talking about Trump’s UN address? Line it up against Brazil’s earlier one — a real contrast in leadership. Think how some press compared Trump vs Starmer, but flipped.

Much as I very much dislike ChatGPT, I cannot stress how much I appreciate its ability to write unbelievably boring business-speak emails.

OK, this is wild.

In September 2023, geophysicists across the world started monitoring a very odd signal coming from the ground under them.

It was picked up in the Arctic. And Antarctica. It was detected everywhere, every 90 seconds, as regular as a metronome, for *nine days*.

What the HELL?

Many on here who claim to be progressive but hate Labor also hold Labor to this unobtainable standard of perfection. They FREAK as soon as Labor does something - anything - that they might not agree with. They’re constantly looking to prove themselves right that they don’t like Labor. It’s bizarre.
