I write a lot in spring, many many words. Currently polishing a story I am going to publish as an illustrated chap book (advice on chap book printing welcome) and drafting a non-horror book (I also write humor). After that it’s a new horror novel. Lots to edit this summer.

Do you read Catriona Ward? Last House on Needless Street was the first book of hers that I read, so now I am incapable of trusting anyone in her books ever, and I mean that in the best way.
Also, she’s one of those writers that makes me angry at how good she is.

Yes! Insatiable.
Growth. The speed with which things change, from nothing to something, sometimes in moments. And the unfurling, stalks and leaves. It’s lovely and grotesque.
