We had a fun exercise where we collaboratively wrote small back stories for the gang where different constellations of PCs where involved, so to make sure they knew each other some before the game began. Added a lot of personality to the group

Played our first real session of #Dragonbane #ttrpg yesterday and it was a blast!
Somone almost died in the first fight, but was saved at the last second by another PC who went down and risked his life instead.
And they are a menagerie of Wolfkin, Mallards and a Dwarf. Great group all around haha

Inga löneförhandlingar individuellt, vi jobbar som ett team, och ingen tävlar mot någon annan. Känns bättre för alla, och mindre jobb.

I think I have since for as long as I can remember felt that luck is ultimately a big thing in any success, but that as an individual you can help luck by putting yourself in as many situations as possible where the dice are rolled again: Make high quality stuff, execute strategy, be at events etc.
Only downside so far is that it's harder to make ttrpg playlists.
Stepped away from spotify in the beginning of the year. I know only listen to music that I own. Ripped a bunch of CDs, bought a bunch of digital music, have a vinyl player.
I spend more time listenting to music now, and less money. And more of my money goes to the artist.

That the world comes back to Free League, under the banner of Dragonbane (a re-release of Drakar och Demoner, the first and most dominant Swedish ttrpg) is amazing.
Free League has all my trust, and Dragonbane is such a great modernization of the skill based d20 roll under systems I came to love.
