It's offensive to me that we're even talking about Jonathan Greenblatt, a corporate nobody with zero charisma, intellect or credibility. His relevance depends on people talking about him and his lazy, stupid and often racist takes. Time to ignore the ADL

The jokes are what I first saw the Americans so happy about.

Riffs on "I'm your Chinese spy, I'm so happy to see you!", to AI memes of a Chinese terracotta warrior and Lady Liberty in romantic poses, to demands for cat photos.

Our meme culture and theirs are a match.

No shit murder is bad. The jokes about the United CEO aren’t really about him; they’re about the rapacious healthcare system he personified and which Americans feel deep pain and humiliation about

I just watched a Tiktok of a man who arrived in the US as a child get deported leaving behind his wife and kids and the comments are ā€œI didn’t vote for this I’m sorryā€ with thousands of likes.

Like babe you know Biden is still president? All Americans have been voting for this.

Sadly all the possible and realistic ā€œgoodā€ timelines I can think of all include some serious tumult and upheaval with things getting a lot worse before they get better. Some out of left field technology that miraculously solves climate issues could happen but I’m not betting on it.

In 1948, the Haganah zionist militia engaged in biological warfare against Palestinians. When accused of this by other Arab states, Zionists accused these states of ā€œantisemitic incitementā€ (Wind, 2024).

Sound familiar?

Not just arms sales, the British government has to stop directly aiding Israel by using its air base in Cyprus for arming and providing reconnaissance for the genocide. The UK and US are active participants.

The US gave Israel 30 *extra* days to follow international law. Israel instead made things worse, per 8 humanitarian orgs.

The failure gives politicians even more room to say "enough is enough—no more weapons to Israel."

Even then—only 7 senators so far have announced supporting some form of this.

Are we, as global and sovereign peoples, to be servants to the owners of the white and blue flag? Have we become protecting an entity that commits the most heinous crimes and saying that it is above the law and has the right to defend itself?

The children of Gaza will not forgive us
