CTE (career technical education) teachers from all over Washington state. Theee sessions so far…two so disappointing I wanted to take over 🤣…the other one had magnificent A-Ha moments. Fully paid for (hotel, transportation and two meals a day) so totally worth it.
Always bring art supplies to a hotel…there is always down time at a conference.
With all this slashing I can’t imagine having to pay taxes anymore.

There are two elements I love in a song…any song. I love when it just stops…(hammer time!) then carries on…and I love a slide up -think of the word “somewhere” in over the rainbow.
For whatever reason I was thinking about these elements in my teaching practice.

High school teacher…never underestimating the impact on my students who were in upper elementary school during the pandemic shutdown and the fallout from such poor leadership at the time. Trying to build confidence and competence in our next generation… steady on, all, and understand the assignment!
Well said. I feel like a fresh start with people who are engaged and engaging in intelligent debate is what I want right now. We got work to do…distraction is detrimental to progress.
Today I found myself thinking that I don’t really mind if someone is trying to change my perspective, but I am uncomfortable with the idea of my perception being toyed with. …so I decided to just art…and this is what made its way to my paper tonight.
