It doesn’t make them bad people, they’ve got bills to pay too, but there is something fundamentally wrong with our society that causes our productivity to be focused on smoke and mirrors while we’re still running largely on 1950s infrastructure and geared toward perpetual overconsumption

What bugs me the most, though, is just how many hundreds thousands of working lives are wasted on things that are marginally better than fraud. There’s just so many talented and passionate people who end up just grinding at these places on things that are largely a net negative for humanity.

Don’t mind me, just grumbling while I wait for my flight. AMA so I don’t keep rambling about how much I hate US tech companies.

If you’re often desk bound doing full body mobility exercises, should and elbow rehab exercises, and just general strength stuff for your glutes, legs, and back is pretty much required no matter how much you don’t want to do it. Our bodies are designed to move and our brains are designed to move it.

You can also improve the ergonomics of a screen tablet by getting a nice monitor arm for it. Keeping them propped on a desk is almost the worst position you can keep them at for most people, same goes for just general laptop use. Try stuff if you’ve got pain, suffering through it will ruin your bod.
