Welcome home, coach. 💪🐺 Justin Gainey, our new men's basketball coach, brings 20 years of coaching experience to his new role — but he's not new to the Wolfpack.

"This university helped build me as a player and as a person," Gainey said. "To now lead it as head coach is truly a full-circle moment."

Koch, a three-time NC State graduate who was selected three years ago for the Artemis mission, declared upon arrival: “We’re ready to do this and fulfill our mission for all of you.”

Artemis II Mission Specialist Jeremy Hansen from CSA (Canadian Space Agency), Mission Specialist Christina Koch, Commander Reid Wiseman, and Pilot Victor Glover, arrive on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Launch and Landing Facility at the agency’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida in preparation for the Artemis II test flight.
