Important announcement from NSW health.

This really makes me scream, our mental health system is in crisis. To all the wonderful nurses, doctors, counsellors, pyschologists & social workers filling the gaps thank you.

Mental health matters 🙌

It's ironic that this is not actually a joke.

In most cases, probably worse. Physical exhaustion is relatively easily dealt with, whereas emotional exhaustion is much more compounding.

Communication from City of Moreton Bay.

It reads...

“As a result of recent interactions involving People Experiencing Homelessness (PEH) and people illegally camping, City of Moreton Bay's Operations teams have been instructed to remain 50m away from PEH sites until further notice. This is for our teams' safety and wellbeing. This has resulted in missed maintenance, cleaning and servicing of many council owned places and amenities however Council continues to check locations regularly and will resume servicing at this location as soon as it is safe to do so. We thank you and appreciate your patience. Kind regards, CITY OF MORETON BAY City of Moreton Bay”

If you're talking specifically the US, then ☹️ it's probably going to be beyond the reach of too many. It's an expensive, very expensive procedure at the moment.

Fortunately many other places have excellent universal healthcare.

Your also never going to get the *all* option...there's never going to be an *all* option that will get funded. 🙄

Small wins are better than no wins.

That's not an excuse for not doing better, but a drug that is quite effective and can have a significant impact on the lives of a significant number of women is also nothing to be ignored.

There is still no reliable screening test for pancreatic cancer, testicular cancer (although changes are relatively easy to detect...🤷🏻), ovarian cancer (already noted), many lung cancers, cervical cancer (without invasive screening).

Most decisions on screening come down to risk/reward/cost.

This is right near where Archie finally reunited with his family. A fitting location.

This is a big issue.

But on every issue it seems Albanese and Labor get some sort of free pass because the alternative might be "somewhat more shit".

I'm astounded so many people accept a bar that is so low.

2/2 Texas & Georgia stopped investigating maternal deaths now. Do the math. How many women will die & we won’t get that data? 😭 We must demand that women’s lives & deaths MATTER! Call your representatives! Demand Justice!
