Apparently I've read this article in the past because I already had it bookmarked in Firefox
It's nice to hear the update :)

I don't need pinned feed list both at the top & in right side bar too
When I zoom the page in desktop Firefox I don't like the top ribbon, I wish you'd kill some #CSS padding so the more usable right sidebar doesn't disappear when I zoom the page
#UX #DesktopFirst #Usability #BadResponsiveDesign
That's almost Bauhausian for the 1870s
I'd love a multi-row toolbar w/ less #padding in the entire page so that no buttons are ever hidden behind another (menu) button, extra mouse clicks always suck
I'd prefer all buttons be visible all the time including in feeds, not just on a specific expanded post, the inconsistency is bad #UX
Getting feature parity w/ Twitter & Mastodon on basic things like hashtags ought to be higher priority if you really want more users & this isn't just an academic experiment for a niche audience
Which basics are missing are what the majority of prospects will see when considering migrating to here
The handle redirect to a profile feature is cool, but specifically w/ a custom domain AS a handle, I'd think a domain owner would generally prefer that to go to their own site rather than a social media profile
Maybe w/ a subdomain it might be desirable but then that just makes a handle even longer
must always only mention it here as astodon-may
Screenshot of search results of the vivc.de wine grape database while searching for the cultivar name "tuccanese"
Interesting, seems like it may be a clone of sangiovese:

I'm curious what tuccanese ~di turi~ is and which region it's usually associated with:

Until climate change burns Puglia off the face of the planet, I do wish they'd stick to stuff like troia and negroamaro plus stuff I haven't had like susumaniello
Bordeaux varietals anywhere in Italy, including Tuscany are just silly
Don't remember much about it, just thought it was interesting for the novelty of it at the time
Completely agree, as well as having marzemino, teroldego, refosco, schioppettino, as well as things I still haven't gotten to try yet like torrette
Could drink a different grape every day of the year
ok the pinot family gets a pass
oddly enough the only time I ever had a pinot noir made as a ~white~ wine it was a pinot nero
Wonder if he's ever seen, e.g., Finland or Kaliningrad on a map
Guess he just wants another Russia lackey to vote with him against everything the rest of the EU supports
Guess Bibi forgot that was the plan when the IDF just killed dozens in order to rescue two hostages
Have to wonder for how long Croatia will have peace with Serbia sharing a border
... and grechetto, arneis, cortese, vernaccia, verdicchio, vermentino, inzolia, catarrato, falanghina, friuliano, pignolo, and on and on and on
no reason to even grow pinot gris or pinot blanc (and damn sure not chardonnay in Puglia)
any chance you'll publish this in a public git repo?
disposable Solo cup culture is vile, but this is pretty funny
Good read on why #hydrogen isn't key to a #sustainable #future—the world has moved on to #electric + #batteries + only #subsidies keep the failed cause alive:

Yet other outlets still peddle it e.g.:

If you could pin a post, this would be the post to pin, at least for the prominent accounts like news orgs and such, which already have domains
Have you considered #Porkbun instead of Namecheap, for selling domains to other users?
I definitely noticed that in the Discover feed
Wish all the office buildings would be converted to affordable housing now that so many companies are embracing remote work
SF has always been my fave city in the US, wish it was more affordable to live in
Hope SF news outlets start joining here now that it is finally public
@andreitr.bsky.social is it possible for the #artbots to set their default lang, eg, as Eng? Not having it set can prevent their posts from showing up in #customfeeds
github.com/bluesky-soci...
Users must allow all content langs in settings to avoid this but this impacts other feeds negatively too
JD Vance is asking for at least 2 days, maybe 3
At a minimum I wish we had a way to halt their ongoing gaslighting TODAY, from the #climate impacts of their business, to not correcting the masses bemoaning #inflation when in fact #BigOil has been raking in record profits rather than showing any solidarity during war-driven supply fluctuations
wow, talk about sound engineering
there is so much to unpack from this scene, from the screams, to the inclusion of scimitars, to the breakdance-like synchronized momvements side by side without actually engaging your opponent (#musical)
I think this is worse than anything I've ever seen on #MST3K
After watching that clip, this was the first recommendation YouTube gave for me to watch next ... I don't know if it was intended to be comical, but that is certainly the result

I can't fit my thoughts on this into 300 characters so see my reply on the related GitHub issue

But TL;DR is I strongly oppose inherently arbitrary time limits, I think they are a solution in search of a non-existent problem
You should use the Feedback link (desktop) / button (mobile) to report this if you haven't already, & perhaps also open a GitHub issue if you have a GH acct

Do you have any detailed database requirements or even any sample data that might offer hints toward a database schema?
What existing systems would the database need to be interoperable with?
I know nothing of archaeology but this piques my curiosity because I love wine
Beautiful!
Subdomains in particular are perfect for this, so many options for regional variant accounts, employee accounts, etc.
