It's a much easier way to live.

I have a bit more love for my putters as mine take a long time to break in (I putt premium plastic: MVP Plasma (sometimes Eclipse))

But I'll throw anything in my bag over any hazard anytime I fucking want and never be that banged up about it if things go sideways.

I should have replaced the window AC in my office like 3 or 4 years ago... I've had a quieter and more efficient backup in waiting.

Finally got around to it today since the installed unit wouldn't kick on last week and we're back into some warm temperatures.

I have discs I love but I made a decision about 10 or so years ago to never get into hard to replace discs. I like the way the discs I bag throw without a break in period. I have a few really good shops by me so I have pretty good availability of stock runs when I go play every weekend.

100% I'll go out of my way to return a disc, though I prefer being able to drop it somewhere or hide it.

These days I'm not going to lie... a part of being lazy about looking for discs is directly related to how many fucking ticks are out there.

I'm pretty lazy about even looking for my discs when they're in the bad parts of the woods... What I don't have a backup for I at least can replace cheaply and quickly at a local shop.

Some of our courses have drop boxes, some don't. If there's a staffed solution like the park or a store it's great... if I have to plan a meetup or some shit it's just more work than a toy frisbee is worth to me.

I'm kind of over putting my name on discs as it's really frustrating to have to figure out picking them up and I just don't care that much.

Think I might start putting my buddies names and numbers on them... at least I might get them back with the least amount of work that way.

It wasn't just on the track.. all my racer and flatland and freestyle heroes back then all wore helmets.

The helmets sucked and probably didn't save much but at least we tried!

i came from actual bmx (racing) before any of that shit so helmets have always had a place in our culture. Ignoring them was always a sign of ignorance. like i said, time and a place and everyone has a different comfort level. Racing in the 80s the coolest bmx riders were wearing em.

My local trails are way safer than walking to the local store... sidewalks are fucking death around here.

There's levels. my really close trails are really safe if you're just chillaxing
