Donating $10 (plus fees) in honor of every Auburn loss endured (35) that finally resulted in forever ridding us of Bryan Harsin and that sex pest Hugh Freeze. @hollyanderson.bsky.social @edsbs.bsky.social

#1 overall seed two years in a row! Consecutive trips to the final four!

The only rational choice for elite basketball players is Auburn, no reasonable person disagrees.

The joys of data centers: Debunking the backlash against the $7 trillion AI building boom Contrary to the claims of the not-in-my-backyard technophobes, all this growth comes with minimal environmental downsides.

Pentagon to Anthropic: If you won't let us use your AI for mass surveillance or autonomous weapons, expect punishment The Pentagon wants Anthropic to remove limits on AI use for autonomous weapons and mass surveillance, raising civil liberties concerns.

Kind of wild and extremely worrying that the Trump administration seems to think it can force AI companies to give the military tools for mass domestic surveillance and robot weapons reason.com/2026/02/25/p...

Whatever your views on trade, the idea that Trump needed to impose tariffs to address an “emergency” was always transparently ridiculous. He’s been unilaterally raising taxes on Americans based on his mood or who offends him.

And all for naught.

This is as astonishing as the first half was embarrassing.

If you told me 20 minutes ago AU would make this a one-score game I would have assumed an hallucinogenic was involved in your halftime pleasure.

Right? Get in his shirt, if he drives past you and hits a layup, fine.

More than enough time and can’t even get a shot up before the half. This is shameful. Team and staff should run stairs during halftime. It’s not like there are a lot of people to get in the way.

Hubbard might have seen better defense in the layup line than AU is playing right now.

“We come for justice, not vengeance. Now them is two different things.” Rest in peace, Robert Duvall. I’ve met many people in my day—I’m proud he was one of them. If #Disney had any good sense they’d put OPEN RANGE out in #4K #UltraHD right now; it’s one of the best Westerns of the last 50 years.

This was a concern cited by Justice Anthony Kennedy in Kennedy v Louisiana in 2008, which declared the death penalty in these cases unconstitutional. There’s also the fear this will make it more likely for a victim to be killed by their abuser.

A tiny Alabama town ran an outrageous speed trap. Now it will pay $1.5 million to settle a lawsuit. Brookside, Alabama, made national news in 2022 after investigations revealed it was bankrolling itself through predatory traffic enforcement.

Insane. Cops in this Alabama town systemically slapped people with fake traffic violations & bogus charges to bankroll the government—fines & forfeitures made up *50 percent* of the town budget, totaling $487 per person. Policing for profit. reason.com/2026/02/11/a...
