crazy how i ploughed through daredevil seasons 1 and jessica jones season 1 in like a week and i watched two episodes of luke cage and just stopped dead in my tracks. fucked up

daredevil season 2. bit of a messy one, but still manages to rival the first season in places. felt quite unfocused, especially compared to 1, and i'm not fully convinced by elektra as a character. the production feels a slight step down too. you can tell they only had a year to put it together

ill keep this going as a thread, why not. jessica jones series 1 wasn't as good as i remembered, but still really good. i completely forgot that a large chunk of the runtime was lesbian relationship drama, lovely surprise. killgrave is amazingly terrifying and the music slaps so dang hard
