It is a great idea! Thanks for sharing. We are chatting with our friends in the non-profit housing co-operative world to see if we can support them to intensify existing housing co-ops by us providing temporary accommodation while properties are re-developed.

We will also look for our own opps!

Waterloo council aims to put land worth $20M into affordable housing project Proposal would see Habitat for Humanity charity get the land for free to develop 1,010 low-cost homes.
