Very sorry this happened; hope you are well.

7/7. It's worth dwelling on this point. It’s hard for Americans to process that their hard right politics is in large measure a Russian and Hungarian import — intellectually and also financially. We should take advantage of the defeat of Orbán to let this basic fact sink in.

I can't allow myself to think to much about how much public transport infrastructure was built and deliberately trashed because someone decided 'no, only cars forever'. I get too upset.
Max Headroom-lookin' motherfucker.
David Rhoden, standing in front of his "booth" at the Arabi Arts Park, in Arabi, LA, about to sell one of his clever, colorful, astonishing paintings to a discerning connoisseur.
So can your AI chatbot go to an art market in Arabi, Louisiana and display its artwork on a structure made out of two-by-fours? No? Well, I can do that, and I did. Sold one painting, which I painted with an analog paintbrush.
Is it related to a scapular? Is it the opposite?
Surely the President of The United States of America owns an air fryer, or has access to one, perhaps one belonging to the United States of America, my country. Quite the game changer.
Henry Hill bringing his girlfriend through the hotel kitchen to get to the front row seats at a Bobby Vinton show is certainly not the flex Henry thinks it is.
The Friends of Eddie Coyle.
Goodfellas is just making fun of the Mafia. Remember when Henry Hill tries to impress his girlfriend by *walking her through the hotel kitchen* to get to their front row seats for BOBBY VINTON?? I mean, that's just ridiculous. Have you heard Bobby Vinton? And it's all downhill from there.
Yep, nice to have an extra day, but he needs to go tomorrow.
can we get a list up somewhere? Does that exist now? (A list of Dems willing to actually do something to get the maniac out of office?)
Three takeaways from @nytimes.com "inside the room" account.
1) Previous US admins mostly resisted being conned by Netanyahu. Trump was a complete sucker.
2) Vance and, to lesser degree, Marco playing "we always knew this was bad idea" card.
3) Trump is an idiot.

A sitting Senator has more power than a grunt in the military and you pass the buck to them. You're a shithead. you know that right? Go do your job. Make a scene. Get your lazy ass back to work
Come on then, and remove him.
I think having watched The Day After (especially in the initial broadcast) makes you go to the thought of nuclear conflict first, and take the idea seriously. I also thought and dreamed about nuclear war a lot while growing up. Maybe it's too alarmist, but I don't think I can help it now.
As a Democrat I support our brave men and women blowing up dozens or hundreds of people at a time, piece by piece, until it adds up to thousands, but not thousands or tens of thousands all at once. That's not who we are as a nation.
Isn’t there some amendment you could invoke?
"What can Democrats do?"
When the South Korean president attempted to declare martial law, South Korean lawmakers literally fought through tanks and military forces and climbed fences to get into their Parliament building to stop him.
So, you know, that.

I always like to read what Jamelle Bouie has to say, but I was surprised to read this @nytimes.com discussion about What Trump Thinks He's Doing in Iran, and to notice it mentioned Putin only once & Netanyahu/Israel not at all.
Is Trump really in charge over there?

Anyone wanna see the funniest 12 seconds that include a murder?
It's all right.
Because they're saying breaky ball. Where did you get "breaking ball" from? That doesn't even make sense. Like, the ball is breaking?
I can’t even begin to tell you how bad this is.
