Absolutely not. They're terrible rotters and ne'er-do-wells.

As an aside, I'd rather see someone advertise like this than with AI garbage. Being a one man band with minimal digital art experience it's a learning curve, but one I'm enjoying. I'm currently working on making a mascot image for Northwing.
Join the rebellion against Imperial Rome today.
Civilians with weapons they brought from home. The roof tile will definitely ensure you have a very bad day, but whatever is in that jar probably isn't any better (plus the jar itself is heavy!) www.northwingminiatures.com/product-page...
I've decided I need to elevate my hobbying a bit... ๐
Mug of coffee - check. Passive aggressive sign on desk - check. Time to do the Monday morning admin.
As an aside, this is my favourite mug, showing depictions of the Lewis Chessmen. A friend got it for me during university. Unfortunately that fact reminds me how much time has passed since then...!
Couldn't agree more. Seeing a business use it is an immediate nope from me. I'd much rather see someone's honest effort than AI nonsense.
That's inflation for you
It's entirely possible I had too much fun making this wanted poster for Simon. I might have to add this picture to the shop...!

Our minis don't just have to fight Romans. You can also send them after tentacled monstrosities from the Dungeon Dimensions. Just don't expect them to be happy about it, you sick b*****ds.
I had a mixed bag today hobby-wise. Assembled a sentinel during lunch, then after work I finished painting 4 storm troopers and my catachan test mini, and I got some Catachan snipers in the post (I love metal minis, what can I say!) I also came up with some fun vignette ideas for my Jewish rebels.
Well, this is a neat little tool isn't it. Not really sure I need it, but I like the idea of producing some leaves as basing so figured it'd be fun.
Commonwealth war grave of Kathleen Anderson in Hexham
I found the grave of Kathleen Anderson in my local cemetery (in Hexham) while on a walk. I'm quite curious about how she ended up here, so I'm going to do a bit of research.
A Man of Iron, artwork by Games Workshop. Abominable Intelligence.
If anyone is struggling against the rising tide of AI slop I've written a short blog post on how to try and avoid it. Nothing groundbreaking, but you might find it helpful.

The irony of spending the day painting the house, and then relaxing by painting miniatures is not lost on me...
I've spent most of the day working on the house, painting, sanding, cleaning and sorting out our tools in the never ending renovation quest. Very productive, and I listened to a decent amount of wargaming podcasts too. Tonight I've been relaxing by finishing off these pack animals.
In the future I want to start making reusable moulds, particularly for terrain pieces. So I decided to do a simple test with a dragons tooth anti tank block that I made. It looks a mess as I bodged the mould tin, but as a proof of concept I'm pretty happy with it. Next time it will be neater.
Bugger ๐
Also, today I learnt what a belt linisher is.
Tonight was Mordheim night for me down at the Clubhouse. Tonight's game was against a gang of Chaos Dwarfs, new arrivals in the city. My veteran mercenaries made short work of them, but the disparity between the two warbands meant the Chorfs gained a significant amount of experience.
So saucy ๐
Alan has just sent some more greens of my upcoming range of Rat-Kin. I think he's absolutely knocking these out of the park, as usual. These are from my packs of rats with axes and slings.
All being well these will be available to purchase in May ๐ค
What can I say, it's been a while since I posted on my blog. Real life has been getting in my way....But here's a new post, not a huge update, more me making some excuses as to why I've been quiet!

Yep, it's surprisingly simple to do, once you get into the swing of it.
Thank you kindly! I've really enjoyed them.
Thank you! And likewise, plus your vehicles are very cool.
Thank you. Most of it are the new plastics, with the ogryns being Wargames Atlantic, while the ratlings and stormtroopers are original metals.
I needed to redo my storage solution for my Imperial Guard (the 122nd Cadian inspired by the Cityfight book) now that I've finished my conscript platoon. So I took the opportunity to take a new photo of the whole collection.
